  1. Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  2. Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. Another email will be sent when your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number if applicable.

Shipping Rates

  1. Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping options with rates calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

  1. Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method we have to use to get your order to you. That being said, we will always choose the fastest option we can that fits within the cost of shipping paid at checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
  2. Delays: Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or other factors beyond our control may cause delays. We will do our best to inform you of any such delays and provide alternative solutions when possible.

Shipping Locations

  1. Domestic Shipping: We currently only ship within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international audience. We are a small business and our hope is that as we grow we can offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on location.

Order Tracking

  1. Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email (if applicable). You can use this number to track your order's progress through the shipping carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

  1. PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
  2. International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
